I just ask the ML. But so far only 1 has been able to make me cum twice in an hour session. She did put in a lot of effort though!

I found it is normally up to the ML and normally only for the 45 and 60min sessions.

Ask at the start if you can go for 2 shots instead of the massage. I can't remember a ML who have said no, sometimes they want an extra $20.

Purely a thought, do you think MLs prefer 2 shots as opposed to massage + 1 shot because they might see it as less 'work' or 'tiring' on their end?
