I heard these quiet days many shops put up discounts and promotions.

I only know that Ginza offer discounts buy not sure the others.

If you are aware of shops discounts with quality services, will be good to share the info so we don't miss out bargains.

I think you might be right, shops could be banned from opening. One thing is very likely, The first shop to be linked to a new coronavirus infection will be outed by the media and might never recover from the slur against their name. Hope this doesn't happen.

Shops could promote what they are doing to protect customers and workers.

Extra cleaning, health checks on ML/WL, temperature and passports checks on customers/workers.

They could charge a premium if they did something above and beyond.

Will a WL/ML working in a shop or a customer who becomes infected by one of the girls advise authorities where they were before contracting the virus? Of course, they won't reveal the truth.
