Who's going in to bat for all those people who serve coffee and breakfast in the local cafes? The people who work in shops, hotels, clubs, etc. A lot of them won't be getting income support either.

There are few dodgy agencies. I still remember one girl shared her experiences of farm job with me. She said her agency got good paid from farm but paid her probably $5-6/hour picking grapes.
