No shame in hiding the fact that I'm having difficulty coming the second time by intercourse and therefore most of the time opt of HJ after feeling tired/exhausted.

A little background on my story
I wait around 5-7 mins after coming the first time before I try to go the second round, but don't always immediately do that. Sometime I'll go down on her for 5-10 mins or so and then start. So many factors at play. I sometimes take ages to get even 1 shot off. The more you over think it the harder it can be to achieve, so really just relax and enjoy the experience and if it has to be by hj then enjoy that experience to its max too. I would say if I can connect with WL then it generally goes for normal duration and can go for second round after a small break. I generally tend to book longer duration when wish to go for multiple action rounds.

You need to know how much time you need to cum first time. If its more than 20 mins, then you probably can't do multiple shots in 1 hour session. You need to take into account
- ~5 minutes shower
- 5-10 minutes refractory period after you cum
- 2nd orgasm usually need longer time than the 1st

So my advice is to try to cum the 1st time as soon as you can, so you can have time to do the 2nd one. Don't masturbate for a couple of days before punting, so you have the lust built up.
