I often ask WLs not to FOAM for those who do it. A little is ok, but most often those who do it, go overboard. Fortunately not so many do it, among the WLs that I see.

But I also put a lot of effort into giving the girl pleasure and so prefer natural sounds, rather than fake sounds.

Keep it natural. If they are not enjoying what you are doing, then maybe change technique or position.

Some WLs are pretty convincing and use FOAM to good effect. But when they start moaning and you know that it is a put on that is a big put off for me.
