Well curiosity got the best of me and I went for a look. Certainly a milf establishment and the old adage of you get what you pay for is dead right.
About 6 ladies there but only 3 presented. On the way up the stairs passed another 3 in a back room. Best looking one didn’t line up and wasn’t looking at all interested anyway. Average age 40ish

12 Bellevue is a bad trip. I've let it get the better of me a few times. Cheap, convenient, and the 'girls' (women) are up for almost anything. But, the facilities are DISGUSTING, it stinks of cigarettes and the women are really very washed up looking. Bellevue 12 is one of those places that make the Locanto gamble actually an attractive option.

Same same, some good performers at both. Karen, Michelle and Sheri are apparently pretty good at 533. Jojo, Linda, Monica are all pretty good at 12 Bellevue. Biggest factor would depend on which is closer to you and which girls are available on a particular day. There are some very old GILFs at 12 Bellevue who are not for everybody.
