Rooter is right, she is super skinny now, he legs are almost gaunt, her hair is quite short and skin paler than on the cover above.

Risa also basically has no English, but thankfully I had prepared a cheat sheet via Google translate that said "If we do anything you don't like - tell me and we will do something else"
