So many RnTs in Stanmore WTF?

I went to Ada’s shop at 200 Parramatta Road, Stanmore. Within 100m of this shop, there are three more RnTs:

Oasis @208 Parramatta Road
Relax @234 Parramatta Road
Stanmore@252 Parramatta Road

Has anyone tried these other shops?
