So, there's an ad for this private WL on Secret hostess who says for incalls she needs to book a hotel. She asks for a payid deposit of $200, presumably to cover for the hotel fee.
How frequent are deposit scams? For the record I didn't pay it, I have a rule where I pay only in person.
If you have been a member here for almost 10 years, you must have seen lots of comments that you should never pay in advance for a service.
But I do wonder if the girl has lost out because a punter hasn't turned up for the booking?
Many of the expensive caucasians now do it, a few of the popular ones do it as a legitimate way to make sure their time isn't wasted. IMO if you are at the level where you are happy paying for these kinds of girls, it's not a problem as long as they are well known/well reviewed. Aside from that, would recommend never paying a deposit.

I have only did this once cuz the private is well known. She has online reviews and even videos out there at one point plus others mentioned they paid the deposit with no issue. She belongs to the high tier category of more than 1k/hr. And after I paid there was no issue. I guess it really depends, if you are worried and unsure of how legit she is, it’s probably better to be safe than sorry.
Never pay a deposit, pay cash in hand. Many scammers have done these to punters it’s still happening today, be very careful especially when visiting a new WL

Is there a way to escrow and pre-verify a deposit? I get why privates want to take deposits but I also get why punters don't want to send cash in advance.
If only they took Paypal then you can dispute the payment!

More and more "legit" ones are doing this these days, but they tend to be the more expensive girls generally.
