Known Boiler Nests - Gold Coast and Brisbane

Compiling a list of All the hardest most infested nests, where the 55 year old Asians are on every floor of the building, hiding behind the doors, awaiting inexperienced punters.
Feel free to add to the list.
In no particular order:

1. 2994 Surfers Paradise Blvd, Surfers Paradise
2. 2885 Gold Coast Highway, Surfers Paradise
3. 56 Scarborough St, Southport
4. 9 Lawson St, Southport
5. 182 Marine Parade, Southport

On the flip side, I'd been keen to hear if you've had a good punt at any of these spots!

Boiler to me is an ugly, fat one. Attractive, slim etc definitely doesn't qualify for boiler grading.

I've noticed that E&B for months has had zero listings for Toowong. As of about four weeks ago Toowong has 13 [fantasy] listings meeting all punter needs but I am sure all leading to the one 'nest'.

The nest I have seen in this area is Toowong Central Apartments.

BTW thanks for improving my trivia night vocabulary with "Nest" being the collective noun for boilers.

Southport Central Tower I and II, there used to be some young girls with good looking and service, but this changed after COVID, possibly due to high rent or the impact on business. I did meet a Korean lady there who offered a good nuru massage several times.
Hard to find one qualified regular girl in GC now.

Mate, those 2 towers are the biggest nests I've ever seen. Not even joking. It's horrendous. I'm honestly terrified walking past them. I've walked so many times now ive lost count, they always hide behind the doors, rooms are so small and dark and dirty, its like a horror movie. It's to the point if I get a reply saying '56 Scarborough St ' I just block and move on. At least 30+ boilers in that place, maybe 50+. I'm convinced the building itself is part of some Asian boiler sex trade. I've never had an attractive woman there, ever.

I almost got burnt by a boiler at 26 Buna St Chermside.

Met by old boiler at the door, when I said I was supposed to meet younger girl, she ushered me to a room to wait.

F$$k me an older one come to see me !!

I ran for the door, not even sure if I opened it before a went down the stairs.......

Haha 😄 I saw the word used somewhere on PP thought it was funny, but also true.
Good shout out for Toowong Central, I've hears rumours. This pretty much sums it up.

I listed 9 Maygar St earlier. May have changed as I saw PCD Emma there last week. And she was very good.
275 Wickham St has not changed. It’s awful.
