12 Cottam Av, Bankstown - Worst time management in history. Bloody clueless bunch

I haven't been to 12 Cottam shop in a while so i decided to make an 11PM booking. I rocked up at 10:55PM and i was told the girl will be ready in 5 minutes.

10 mins go past and I ask how long. The male staff goes to the door and tells the girl "time is up, time is up". He doesn't bother to say anything to me and just walks past. 20 minutes ago past and he does the same thing. By the 3rd time, which has been 30 minutes of me waiting, He proceed to again go to the door and tell the girl that time is up. After 2 minutes the girl leaves the room with her customer. She greets me and says "sorry i have to go get dinner, i'll be 30mins, can you wait?".

I tell her nah I've already waited 30 minutes and I proceed to leave. I head to my car and message the male staff telling him that he has the worst time management at any shop that I've been to.

He replies by saying that he can't control the girl and that he told her time is up several times lol.

Anyways, the staff clearly got no idea what they're doing or how to manage staff/time. I should expect less since it's Bankstown. Definitely won't be return and I recommend others to avoid this joint unless you enjoy having your time wasted.

Its a shame you had a bad experience with time wasting. Did you book the girl or just come and they did their introductions? Were the girls good looking?
I have not been there for a few years so interested to know if worth returning.

Myself, I'd be thankful, saved you from a dud punt. The girl OBVIOUSLY wasn't interested in YOUR business. And management was correct, they can't control HER time, that's up to her. With all due respect, you didn't have the weight.

It's not only the time management that is bad here. This place farken sucks. It was peak around 2015 - covid but has taken a dive in recent years. The girls are uglier, have attitude and provide just overall shitter service. The owners need to step up their game and get some new younger blood in and do away with the old regular girls that have been there for 10 years plus. I need to stop coming here but I always go back because it's open 24 hours.

If Customer is a walk-in would absolutely agree. But OP made a booking.

Whilst the girl is an independent service provider, she must also adhere to Shop regulations who are the ones diarising her day. If the shop is too scared to enforce that, look for another.

At any prate though Bravo is right you've saved yourself a dud punt most likely, and avoiding the shop is all you need to do.

This place has a different ball game of business. The ladies there tend to have long tenure and they have to maintain their own customer groups. They often developed some weird relationships with regular customers and cater for various sexual appetite and needs. No standard to be expected.

They often have customers spend ridiculously long hours there without booking (some may do drugs, or have special sexual desires). Management have to be flexible because that's how the WLs make living. E.g. The lady may skip their planned shift if their regular hooks up with her for an overnight stay or something. Or even companion for a couple of days.

What happened to OP was that there was a regular customer spent extended time with his WL. He is obviously more important than OP.

You can't really expect the type of Ginza standard of girls and management. This place is just not for you. It's more like a "Club" you have to explore and build some relationships with WL.

Generally agree, with exceptions regardless of shop (aren't there always some):

• 1. Rare Gem: prime example, Indian provider. My experience they get more leniency because they are difficult to replace.

Also note the booking was 23:00. That's a night manager, the boss long gone. Night managers are expendable, they're a business COST. That provider? She's an income earner... I'd say in most any discussion, the girl's going to have the weight. Yes, the shop has lost some income: definitely from the room rate for the punter who bailed. Don't know if the ladies report the extra time and charge the additional room rates, or pay the shop out of their increased fees. Maybe the night manager reports the offense to the big boss, but that's at best the next day, which doesn't do anything for the OP. And even with the report, holi_day's explanation comes into play...

And the girl herself? We agree that her attitude was "the bird in the hand" was worth more than "the bird in the bush"... When I read the OP, first thought came to my mind was her remark "wait" was in the same neighborhood as the OTT quote when the business is not exactly desired...
