Those are agency, they reuse pictures and account which had already been verified with the real person. Hence why it was verified before, the girl in the picture would off worked for that agency but has left or went back to their home country.
It sucks but honestly from experience the whole verified kinda means nothing in this punting game. Because alot off them are just agency reusing old accounts to bait customer in.
