Visiting Sydney CBD - Massage + FS / CIM?

I'll be visiting Sydney CDB this week, and am looking for any hot tips regarding a decent massage with options for FS + CIM.

I've had a bit of a read, and opinions seems pretty mixed about what's up to scratch recently. I wont have a hire car, and do have other obligations, so would prefer CBD where possible. Near darling harbour, town hall, Haymarket general area. Any recommendations on which girls are friendly, clean, and enjoy their craft is always welcome. General preference towards smaller girls if possible.

Those mentioned above are good. Sydney Girl Massage is also good for FS, thought YMMV for CIM.
