Looking for business partner new shop

Hello, we are looking for a business partner for a da approved brothel in the city. It's newly renovated, great location has a lot of potential. Heaps of foot traffic. Strip club across the road, bar and restaurants on the same street. Looking for someone that has experience in the industry that can supply workers and run it as if it was their own. Will give 50% of the company for free, more shares will be available to be purchased if interested. The owner is very sick with cancer and can't be around to help out any more. 48 Kellett St next door to At Michelle's which just closed and merged with RPM in Rushcutter's Bay. This address was previously home to the short lived Latina Bonita. You don't need a business partner. You need to exit the lease and take the loss.

I remember that location. Went there more than 10 years ago when it was an Asian shop for a very short time and saw a smoking hot K girl there.

I guess a potential problem might be the area has gentrified significantly?

Hi everyone, sadly the previous business owners couldn't get the shop started due to illness and other personal reasons. So myself and Jacob have taken over the lease. Expect big things within the new year, we are hoping to cover a large range of services and meet everyone's needs from massage, nuru and diamond.
