Old boilers on my visit 2 years ago, walked after 10 minutes of 60, couldn't even be bothered about asking for money back, just glad to run, forest, run!

I remember the feedback wasn’t good previously, does anyone know how long they’ve been owned by Touch etc? Surely the quality will improve?
