It is none of our business how shops split the punters' fees with the girls, but I am curious if there is a significant range across the many shops we visit.
Do you know what the split is, and at which shop?
50/50, 60/40, something else.
I know that the girls always keep 100% of the "extras" money we pay them.
I've wondered that too. Especially like a place like Ginza. How much do the girls take of the price we pay.
A milf massage shop i am aware of has a split of roughly 70/30 in favour of the shop, effectively leaving the girls with minimum wage, and therefore making the extras that much more important for the girls. Take that into account when trying to lowball the girls as they don't take too kindly to offers that will leave them with next to nothing after the shop has taken its fee. I would assume this sort of split is pretty common among the massage shops.
I heard from one WL that the room fee is usually the cut the shop receives and the girl gets the rest + tips for extras like filming. E.g girl is priced at $300 and room fee is like $60, so the girl takes home $240.
My favourite told me for one hour $80 massage, she getting back $25, plus extra

On a standard hour shop rate of $70 it's $40 / girl $30 shop, half hour $50 $30/ girl $20 shop
It's harder these days for shops to get good quality girls, they need to treat them well, pay ok and usually include basic noodles or rice for lunch etc
I'm not telling you how I know, but trust me from knowing owner at different shops this is standard, with some girls getting more, and yes 100% tips is the girls

I won’t name places but some women don’t get a good split and all it takes is one to go elsewhere, get a better deal, tell her friends and then there’s a walk out. So one group were receiving $150ph and jumped ship en masse and now are on $200-$220ph.Quote:

Tell her there are options out there, I know three different shop owners and they are always looking for girls, there's more shops than girls available and some times they just need intro to the owner or another girl who works there.
Also I know some girls are whack crazy and take cash of the shop by saying 30 mins but charges the guy extra in room

Shalenes had what I thought was a very equitable system. It used to be multiple suburban Sydney FS running out of units and houses - from memory 6 at any one time. $210-$230 for 60 mins Diamond for the main asian shops the remaining is room fee and agent fee if the girl has one. Western shops $250-$300 for 60 mins and you can choose to pay the girl seperate to the room hire.Quote:
