My fav is Summerville: I enjoy chatting with Summer, the rooms are top notch, worth the extra $20 for the en-suite bath (don't get old, and very convenient to shower before and after). The staff is top notch, tenured professors and guest lecturers, providing both stability AND variability. I could go there any day of the week and find someone on the roster that I'd have no hesitation in trying or repeating. But I don't limit myself to Summerville, and I also write about other shops.
