Shocking charges on happy ending massage only here in Australia

You're paying 100 times more for a happy ending massage here than in Asia. Here if you want a hand job, extra $50, if you want her topless, another $50, if you want to kiss my boobs, another $50, if you want her nude body to body rub, another $50...... if you add these all up, it's much more expensive than a full service. What da hell here they just want to rob you? It's usually the young Thai girls general practice here. Seriously, you can have all these in one price in Thailand or anywhere in Asia. Who da hell set these rules to rob us??? Anyone has similar experience?
