How do you book at this place? On several days I have texted early 7:30am and later asking to book and I get no response. Even with further messages. Then I might get a message half way through the day.

How are you booking here? Are they so busy they are booked all day and don't need bookings? Do you always book ahead? Is there a better way than sending an SMS?

Someone updated their locanto add early and then they don't bother responding to sms's.

I think it must just be the girls on that day when they get a chance to respond between clients. Is there no owner here?

Sent first message at 7:15am this morning to make a booking. I have sent 4 since then without a response and it is now 10:10am.

I'm used to the good shops on Wechat like poppies, T5 etc that respond within 10 minutes usually.

Why on earth would you expect a business to respond outside of their opening hours???

It's quite common when taking bookings for the day. I would expect an owner or manager to be taking bookings to fill the day. How often do you see book early to avoid disappointment.

The owner\manger updated locanto outside hours earlier than my first text.

Half the messages were after opening though.

And also no excuse not to respond to earlier texts when they did open. I wasn't expecting a response at 7:15am but just to have the booking request there when they get to it.

Still no reply at 10:25am. Can only assume they don't bother replying when fully booked.

Looking at todays line up i'd say they are all fully booked and not too concerned about checking msg's.

Agree and no advance booking, so chicken and egg situation
Need to see them regular to get an Advance booking but first need a gap to start seeing them
Still worthwhile for the little wings one

They got back at 10:39 .. apologetic saying they were busy. Though would be a busy day. I wonder if they saw the post. Hi!.

Will have to book in advance as I like an early booking. Seems thats the only way here.

op may need to book the day before for Acqua today as the two of the highly rated ML is on. Is funny, when they know is me, they ignore my text.
