Alcohol is an inhibitor, unless it’s in minuscule amounts. Even a single beer restricts performance. The thing that works for me is breathing exercises. Just some simple inhalations, holding the breathe and slow exhalation. I repeat the cycle a few times and find I can go from flaccid to hard within a few minutes.
