Location wise, I would guess somewhere past Sunnybank so to not be in Direct Competition with SS DS or Luna. And still capture the Asian market.
Lots of existing shops around that could use a New Owner.

Til now, some attractive lady came out and opend the shop. And the girl quality in newly opened shop is perfect compared to old businesses. Seems like they have prepared their own business for long time.
She worked at a well known shop at Browns Plains as well..
