Any services available in the noosa area of the sunshine coast , any recommendations?

Not really, anything of note is more toward Maroochydore. There are a few Privates around Noosa, I've only ever tried one and the photos were nothing like the girl. So all I can say is if any private directs you to an apartment at Ivory Palms Resort, save your money.
