Best times of year for the Ginza shops?

I just recently missed JAV Yuuri Minase at Club, but still saw lots of great girls rostered at Empire, luckily including the incredible J Mio. French Chloe told me she’ll be on vacation a couple months around this July. I’ve heard J Hibiki is coming back in October. Are there times of year like maybe winter when the roster tends to take a hit in quality, or are there usually a variety of high quality girls(in addition to the girls already mentioned, like other JAV girls and girls with stars next to name, etc) to see year round?
