I as I said in my first entry, I am 88 and a lot of this technical stuff is way beyong me, I could look at any time before, now cant see anythng, and the efforts to help me are not really understood, and I am not sure I know hoe to access it with the notes here, help me please, there must be a simple way to "look:

The library is a real suggestion as you will want face to face support and they help with tech issues, though not sure if they would help with vpn you can try. Unless you only have a desktop PC. Very easy to operate once installed.
Then once your vpn is in the US, or UK or Germany or whatever watch what you used to.
