This shop clearly does not give a shit. Days after I complained about the bad service (no nude yet the service states nude) and being short changed time (25 mins instead of 60) Tara is back on the roster.
I received no follow up from the shop despite being a good customer over the years. Not sure who, if anyone, is running it these days but my advice is Avoid!!!

Sounds like Jacob has gone on holiday or disappeared as he is normally a hands on type of guy who will sort any problem out asap.
No contact from any form of management is not a good sign of where this shop is heading.
