Advice - The ideal massage shop - one to die for.
Hi fellow Sydney members,
I am investigating setting up a shop. I want to make it the best there is. Want to make it a destination for you guys. I need your help.
Could you answer a few questions:
- Where would be the best place to set one up? CBD, residential, light industrial, other? Why?
Ok the shop is now setup.. location the best there can be.
- What is important for you (physical shop)?
---- Shop layout?
----- Reception?
----- Rooms?
----- Music?
----- Table?
----- Decor?
----- Oil important? (a lot of shops use cheap homebrand baby oil)
----- No showers a show stopper?
----- Why?
- The girls
---- What skills should they have?
Is massaging important or are extras everything?
---- What nationality?
---- What attitude?
---- How do you like to be greeted?
---- Age of the girls? 18 - 25 or older?
- Costs
---- Massage?
---- Extras?
---- What are you prepared to pay for the types
Thanks I really appreciate your feedback

This is a MASSAGE SHOP business I am asking advice on. If I am going to set one up it has to be the best. You guys will be the clients, punters customers.
What is the best shop in your eyes.
Right if it was easy all would be doing it.

I think the most important things are:
- identify what market segment you are after
- get good girls
- provide value for money
- advertise on Syd99 :)
Note an essay could be written for each of the first three points.
If it was easy everyone would be doing it!
Having said all that I reckon there is a need for an asian place on George st around Chinatown that has decent showers, there is alot of pentup demand there and the budget no shower places are soaking some of it up. Another thing you could do is rent out your rooms for a reasonable price to the public for short stay accomodation :):):)
Not sure why Ahlungor is being so hostile and negative, usually he is friendly and helpful to new memebers.
Ahlungor is entitled to his opinion as much as I am to mine, no animosity on my part and I have taken his comments on board.
I have been in business before and failed before, a few times. It is always important to ask the clients, customers what they think and take their valuable advice. You are the customers and yes I could ask one or two their opinion BUT this forum and the wide opinion of this forum is what I am after. The short stay accommodation idea is a good one.
Thanks for you valuable advice.
