Last week in one of the shop, girl offer me CIP 200$ or bbfs 150,she said she will back japan this week, maybe for quick money?

OP has a point. Take a look around agencies. Lots of J girls, and ONLY J girls, openly advertising BBFS and CIP for extra.

From my experience, the C girls don't advertise it, rarely allow BBFS and even rarer still allow CIP. Yet most of them do CIM. I don't think they're stupid enough to think that CIM is safer than BBFS from an STI POV, so I'm guessing that most of the C girls must be averse to using their own contraceptives for whatever reason.

K girls are somewhere in the middle. A lot more common among them, but I've never seen one that openly advertises it.
