So I had a mate just tell me he did bbfs with a private recently (she advertised bbfs) and ended up with chlamydia and passed it onto he's gf too 😅 - now on antibiotics to get rid of it.
So my question is, I know quite a few WL and ML in shops these days providing bareback services - how to they manage to not catch or pass on anything?

WL & ML, if they are doing bb service they are liable to pickup and may unknowingly spreading.

That's the treatment period. In a few months you still have to do a follow up testing to check for reinfection. It's not 100% clear. The 2nd or the 3rd will be worse and harder to treat because your body will develop Antibiotic resistance. If you have sex with a clean partner that's fine.
