Finally cracked the shits and walked out of 479 after making a booking for 5.30pm for a one hour session.. I arrived at 5.15pm told girl would be 5 minutes.. sat in the room for almost 50 minutes... sent a message to reception asking where is the girl at 5.45pm... told 1 minute.. walked out at 6.05pm and asked for money back.. my time was precious that night as I was starting work in less than an hour and I still had a 30 minutes drive to get to work... as I asked for money back, told she's now available... too fucking late for me... no explanation nor apology given...

Yeah sorry for you bro, you are their loyal customer and they didnt appreciate.

I had same experience two weeks ago. Said girl would be 30 mins late. I waited. After 45 minutes I said where is she. Ready soon. No apology.

I feel you Mr.Fugly, GINZA receptionist team is fucking horrendous. This also happens ages ago when Brothels re-opened. Already booked a J Girl at 10:30 PM and paid, receptionist told me to wait 5 minute. I endded up waiting 45 minute in that god damn large rooms with 20 other punters. On 11:15 PM I was about to walk out and demand for refund, magically they said the girl is ready. I suspect they switch the girl I booked with the next available one.

I usually don't have a problem, the regular reception staff know me well... all they need to tell me at the very start is "blah blah" running a bit late, she needed her dinner" and I would be okay with that..
The staff at 479 that day I didn't know.
