Money Line mean without the handicap.
Like for ATL (Money Line) is $1.62 and ATL-3.5 would be $1.90. And it mean that i give CHA a 3.5 points lead when the game start. So say the final result is 90-88, ATL will cash on the Money Line but not on the ATL-3.5.

If you bet on ATL-3.5, you need ATL to win more then 4 points at least in order for you to win.
