i think i know which girl based off the tattoo description but cannot seem to rmb her name LOL

I'm not sure if she does... I know I've read it's happened in the past, but also recall reading she doesn't any more I think. Not something I've considered with Mugi honestly, just the one of her more than entertains me and I get the feeling from my experience she wouldn't like not being the absolute centre of attention lol.
