Assuming these gals keep 50% of the massage price (think I read this somewhere), and someone books a half hour session for $30 - then they are rubbing some guys back for 20 minutes, and then rubbing his cock (presumably), cleaning up his cum etc, all for a measly $15!
As someone noted before, it is a high-volume, low-margin business, and perhaps David is happy with these arrangements, and making lots of money.
But from the ML's point of view it can't be an ideal work arrangement, and punters probably shouldn't be surprised when the good ladies don't stick around, and the establishment fails to maintain quality.
