And this seems to be the norm for many industries. Old staff leaving for something more attractive, new batch of staff not as good as old ones, high turnover rate as a result and vicious cycle.

Haven't tried Rose yet. Is she new? The times when I've asked for availability Rose wasn't put forward, probably not matching the right days.
