Just had the worst possible non experience ever. Called at 5 pm to book Sweety for 5.30 and got the OK, great. 10 min later got the call to say no go because her current customer just extended. She is only available at 6. I had prior plans so I didn't book.
My plans changed so I rocked up at 5.30 to see if anyone is available. Only Vivi and Sweety at 6 pm. Vivi is nice but I liked someone more busty. The owner assured me that Sweety will become available at 6. So I booked her, took a stroll and came back at 5.55.
Paid my money and then I waited. And waited, and waited, checked my phone, and waited.
35 min later, still waiting. Got fed up, got dressed, and left because I have to catch a train.
Having Waited longer than my actual booking put me in a real bad mood.
I did saw Sweety
in the hall as I leave to get the refund, she is very pretty, apologetic, but I had to go.
This left me with a real sour experience because I had a cancelled booking, waited about 55 min today for Sweety, and still didn't get what I wanted.
Got my money back and an apology, but it doesn't make up for all the time I lost where I could be doing better things than stare into the ceiling in the massage room.
This really put me off Silver Fox. Yes Sweety is nice, but that kind of made me feel worse because I missed out today. Which ever brother whom had her for the time that she is supposed to be with me today is the lucky guy.
I'm just pissed off at the whole experience and need to vent my frustration. Thanks for reading.

Sorry to hear about your experience today ! I do believe the shop has a policy that the current customer can not extend if the ML already has a booking right after and waiting!
It's too late for me to talk to Foxy to find out what happened, but reading her google translated Chinese English, I believe it sounds like the customer was hold down on Sweety and won't let her leave, so it probably not the shop's fault, and if Foxy was already yelling out from the outside that time is up, there's not much else she can do without making a big scene, the door is usually locked from inside too!
And I am sure the ML would rather see a new customer in yourself rather than extending for another half hour, as most likely the previous customer is not going to tip twice . She will make more money serving you than to extend further with the other guy.
So better luck next time then, I am sure Foxy will recognise the other dude and do something about him !!
If I were you, 5-10 min is the absolute time I would wait for a ML !

I would have thought the manager could have confirmed through the door that the customer had extended and relayed this info to the waiting customer. This didn't happen though and Hello Kitty had to initiate going to ask for a refund.

What the shop owner offered was mere verbal apologies and my money back, but that didn't make a difference to how I feel about the experience.
Having my money back was the minimum I expect because service was not provided, and an apology is not meaningful because nothing was provided to make me believe things might be different next time.
I still felt crap leaving the place, not only was I late for my Friday plan, but I wasted all that time and got nothing out of it.
The owner did nothing to ensure that my next experience would be better then this one. That's why I suggested they create some sort of policy to prevent this in future.
As it stands, I have no confidence is booking anyone at SF.
Perhaps as my memory fades, I might try again.
