It's not just about finances, it's also cultural. From what I've learned, 25 seems to be a critical threshold. If you're single past that age, your perceived value as a woman drops significantly, at least in Japan. Seems pretty low, huh? I think the number is 30 in many countries.
But as ironmonk stated, most women in this field don't really care about that since they already gave up on marriage and men in general.
It's easy to feel unstoppable when you're young, especially when you're pampered with money, attention, and gifts from customers. But when it's a race against time, as always, hindsight is 20/20.
