These services you mention are illegal in Queensland! Whether these services are on offer or not is irrelevant because these forums are open to anyone to read (including our friends in blue) and I for one don't want a visit interrupted mid service! So people please be cautious with reviews.
Lol.. Yeah a lot of dumb shits on this forum thinking no one else looks !!!! Dreaming
sometimes I smile when I see posts with references to ‘the boys in blue’ and recommendations/demands/shaming to use jargon/code for after service reports … the QPS monitors all sorts of internet traffic that uses jargon/code … a casual 10 minute reading of this forum would enable anyone to fill in the gaps … given QPS would be able to find an individual member using their IP address (revealing their name, their address and also be able access their mobile phone records etc) there is only an illusion of privacy/anonymity in this or any other internet forum
while I do not generally advocate naming MLs however like everyone else here I know that MLs do not use their own names and they have the ability to change their working names at will … how do we reduce the incidents of shit poor service and price gouging without reference to the massage shop and ML concerned
You can't. Either shut the forum down or acknowledge there is some inherent risk to discussion/naming. Simple as that. IMO the benefits outweigh the risk for all involved. But there are so many people who don't review and don't discuss because they're scared, if that is the case then they should not post anymore. People keep that shit up and I WILL start naming names of MLs just to wind you up.
and other times I wonder why law enforcement agencies may monitor a massage shop … a few reasons come to mind (other than the provision of sexual services in unlicensed premises) might be the owner/manager/ML with links to organised crime and trafficked women (has been media allegations), money laundering (cash in hand business lends itself to money laundering) tax evasion and foreign nationals working without proper visas
MLs are usually contractors with an ABN who sign a contract of employment agreeing not to provide sexual services … most massage shops have signage indicating that they do not provide sexual services
and then I wonder who bears the real risk (other than the punter) in the provision of sexual services in unlicensed premises … the ML could plead guild and agree to testify in support of a conviction not being recorded (ie QJ) and the manager/owner can prove the ML was providing services outside of their employment contract … and of course what about anyone else found on unlicensed premises without a lawful reason
I feel like I'm to blame here guys, I'm sorry if I caused problems.
There is nothing to apologize for, Shardy. Some people just think they're a know it all big mouth fucking cunt. So sometimes you need to have robust discussion to sort it out :)
Or you could just have a discussion like an adult.
In my opinion, a big issue with naming names and services, is that what a ML might provide to one punter, she may not provide to everyone. Said ML may then be inundated with requests for such services. We all know that there are punters out there that have little respect for the boundries of ML's, and may not take no for an answer. Then yes, there is the issue of illegal services being provided. Why make it easier for the authorities, when a little discretion is all that is required.
I think you grossly underestimate the sophistication of law enforcement agencies
whether or not you include the working name of a ML in an after report once you identify the massage shop and hint of the provision of sexual services you increase the risk to both all the MLs who work there and the puntets who go there as they all will be on unlicensed premises if the massage shop is raided
What risk? Can you point to a single case where there was a successful prosecution for engaging in illegal prostitution from shop raid? The only ones I can think of was the girl at QJ that got deported, and the owner and her bf got busted communicating via text message to each other about what was going on.
The only risk I see with regards to police activity is the possible embarrassment or marital complications of being caught on premises.
With regards to ML risk, the biggest issue is them becoming aware of what you post and not liking it. Or some dickhead member from here reading it and going to see her. There have been cases of blackmail and assault against MLs in the past 6 months and I am willing to bet those punters were readers of this forum.
RLP:
2011: Massage parlours in Ashmore, Southport, Bundall and Broadbeach were raided with 17 people charged with various prostitution offences.
2012: QJ’s 3 shops were raided (by the Prostitution Enforcement Task Force, Australian Federal Police, Australian Tax Office, Dept of Immigration and Citizenship and the CMC) and 12 women and 1 male were charged with various offences. The out-come of only 3 people were reported in the media:
(1) owner – no conviction - Crown dropped the charges
(2) WL foreign national – pleaded guilty but no conviction recorded
(3) the punter 69 year old man – convicted of being on premises used for prostitution
2013: Exquisite Massage Underwood was raided after a complaint and sexual services were offered to an undercover police officer. The owner, manager and a pimp were convicted with the 2 convictions of the owner not being recorded on appeal.
2013/2014: over 50 Asian massage parlours on the Gold Coast were raided by police and Dept of Immigration. Police indicated concerns about links to organised crime and women working without appropriate visas
2015: After a complaint by a registered brother owner police undercover officers visited a number of massage parlours posing as customers and claim they were offered sex for cash. Police raided properties in Hamilton, Deagon, Lawnton, Morayfield, Chermside, Boondall and Stafford. Case adjourned until Feb 2016
2015: ????
I don't know the facts of the 2011 case to comment on it.
2012 case relied solely on her guilty plea
2013 cases relied solely on text message/emails between the owner and her bf
2014 raids only resulted in visa violations
2015 yet to be heard, but the evidence does sound fairly incriminating. I was however under the impression these were not massage shops but private WLs operating illegally.
But at this point in time, after 2011 not a single conviction for engaging in illegal prostitution as a result of MLs being caught in the act.
RLP:
2013: case against owner relied on texts, however the manager offered undercover officer a hj
2015: photo in media show a sandwich-style massage sign outside the property
I agree punting is a low risk activity, maybe a 1 in a million being caught on premises used for prostitution
Murphy's Law states that if something can go wrong it will go wrong
Littlewood's Law shows even a 1 in a million chance can happen given a high frequency of events occurring over time
Seems like the solicitation was never used as evidence, as all convictions were for knowingly carrying on the business of unlawful prostitution.
The media always misuses photos to get headlines. I bet it wasn't even a photo of the actual location. They recently got sued for using the photo of a legit shop in a story about prostitution allegations.
If u get a massage and a raid happens they come in room and ml tugging you or she naked or half naked u both fuckes!! Rarely happens but sometimes does
Qld laws if taken serious can harm customer and shop and girls
dropped into this place yesterday after hearing good things about it from this thread. Walked through the front door and there were 3 girls sitting on the couch. They all seem to be in the mid 20's and I'd rate all of their looks just above average.
One of the girls got up and led me upstairs. The room I was in is massive and the quality is very nice! not what i expected at all. I didn't quiet catch the name of my ML, i think she said it started with a Q? she was very friendly throughout and we had a nice chat. she had a few very cheeky comments here and there. the massage itself was a bit average but at least she was actually trying. the hour went by very quickly and she started to wipe me down already, no flip at all!
i asked her about extras and straight away she perked up and rattled out a menu and its prices. i won't go into detail on what i negotiated but it was more than standard offerings and i gave her a pineapple for it. the bad part was that she did a very mediocre job at the extras, it may be because she is still a bit inexperienced in giving out extras? i haven't blown for a while so disappointingly i didn't last too long before finishing anyway.
all in all, its a pretty average shop, i wouldn't go out of my way to go back. the girl was fun though!
Sound like u met one of the new girls lol i went yesterday. Great time again. Great thai still massage beautiful girl in chilli .great girl very good English and sexy one the eye.ill have to book 2hours next time
my preferred ML is way to busy/popular. one time the ML had 6 back to back sessions all 1h or more before close.
Unfortunately D has left the shop/industry.
Guys…who was it?
