Yeah this place is not far from a collapse [especially at the existing shop - JK 80]. The mgmt and reception on there don't appear to have an interest on running a successful shop, it also appears Hitomi has gone back to Japan and isn't likely to come back. Perhaps give it another 6 months before this also goes under.
So they don’t even have hiring training the new girls anymore either I guess?
The rent on this place is ridiculous way too expensive with no licence. Good luck to whoever has taken it on now.
Where to go to in the CBD now?
The new lease holders were planning to open a bar or pub of some sort but I haven't seen any movement on site since July. Maybe they ran into trouble and ended up not being able to come up with the funds to go through with it. Lots of shop fronts in the CBD that ended up like tnis. They put up a new store sign, they looked like they were renoing for a new shop. Next thing you know the place is stuck in limbo and derelict for years.Quote:

I'm telling you guys this Shop has massively fallen. At one point it was the best in SYD but since, and I'd argue the move from 276 to the bigger shop in Pitt Street is what started the downfall, along with fining girls for late and making girls work when they were sick.
Now if you go to the shop, the reception basically don't want to be there and their responses on WeChat basically shows no sense of any proper customer skills.
Also the girls are nowhere the same quality as the golden day and I give them maybe another 2 quarters before this shop also closes door.
