Presumably a girl in a quiet shop would be happy to go overtime because of the financial benefit. Seems SL girls make plenty of money and don't always need the extra.
The girl might have been going out on a hot date, and you wouldn't want her to be late, would you??
Just to show that I am not against a particular shop but just against high city shop price in general, here is a tip that AHLUNGOR can past to Vicky.
If a girl want to leave early, get her to pay for the hours that she is not willing to work otherwise stay till the time that orginally agree to.
Letting gorls leave eraly will have serious problem for a shop down the line. I have seen shops open til ten but by eight all the girls is gone even some agree to work late orginally. Then customer turm up. That is lost business for the shop. This is especially important for shops like SL because they only match girls with the number of rooms. You need to maxiumise the room usage for maxium profit.
I've been in other shops where the girl has to go early and the mamasan will offer to finish the massage this isn't unique to SL. Can't say the same applies to the other girls though. Like someone else said the part 2 is how the girls make tips so not many would be very keen to do that.
Re Mattmeister's experience, I had a similar experience when I just rolled up one day. I suppose I can comfort myself that at least the girl tried hard she just needed training. She was very worried about getting her $20 tip despite nearly ripping my little bro off during the tug. I paid her of course because I had agreed to it.
Of course these bad apples are in all shops. They usually don't last long because either the customers complain or the mamasan figures out there is a downturn in business on the days the girl works. A lack of phone bookings must also be a sign.

And the fact is, there are a lot more clients who have requested more extras and most willing to pay than what the MLs are willing to offer, so the odds of supply and demand is forever at the MLs favour.

Went to SL this morning without an appointment and was met at the door by Rita a young pretty thin girl. An hour massage firm and of a very good standard. The girls at this place are all well trained and friendly. Rita massaged my back for around 45 minutes and I felt great as a result. Clothes off really perky little tits with stiff nipples and a fantastic two handed hj. Blew a gallon as an old guy would in the hands of a 20 year old girl. Out the door happy as Larry.

And if you want to convince other members and guests that Snow Lotus is not good value, again, the choice is yours, I think people can make up their own mind and once again, they all knew where all the "Other" shops are, whether they are FS, 501, B2B or whatever, Brother Wannabe's earlier comment is still the best way to sum up the current situation:
