Siam Princess, level 5, near McDonald's, George Street has the most unique package I have come across.

There are two shops on level 1 and both rnt. First one is Japanese massage and second is called Sydney Thai therapy or something. From my experiences, probably being unlucky, I've walked in 3 times with middle aged looking woman who are very average. Walked all 3 times. Never ended up trying these places and not keen to try again, but I guess everyone has different luck.
