maybe i've been lucky. so far, with all the WL's that i've seen, the time starts when i enter the bedroom naked and ready. most times my shower is less than 5 minutes but there was once i took a longer shower easily 15 minutes, if not more. even so, the time starts only when i'm in the bedroom. i never last more than 30 minutes and have only ever paid for 30 min services.
i start my stopwatch when i step out of my car to see how long i will take with any/every WL. most times i'm back in the car within the hour. once, one and a half hours. but like i said, all my services were for 30 minutes and i have never paid for longer.
i guess i am used to this, and so i will never pay for chit-chat time or shower time.
