Agree....Philipino call centres train their staff to speak with different accents eg American, UK, French, Italian etc. I don't mind the fake Filo-American accent (easy to understand) but I do struggle with Indian and Arabic call centres, their accents are strong and hard to understand.
So companies are turning to voice changing AI technology to mask thick accents.
