With n5m, I even get messages before asking if I was in the area as the WL I booked last time has a time-slot available for the day. I’ve had problems coming in on time several times and they were nice enough to keep the girl I booked aside. I’ve never cancelled a booking to date.
Other places I go, I never really book. I have called and made enquiry but always just walks in so no dramas.
