Put 3 independent women contractors in a shop, all competing for the same customer set and expect them to all help each other and not bitch fight and carry on, yeah right no chance thats a recipe for disaster, it's why if I want to book I just go the 5 star the guy there gets back to you in 2mins everytime and there is never a fuck up.

And if you re-read my OP, I was mostly complaining about the lack of input, care, management from the shop owners. If they allow rivalries between their MLs to impact on overall shop performance, then they should probably not be running a business, and that would also be one more reason to stay away.
Shop owners: If in the year 2025 you want to own a massage shop, but you don't care about running and managing it, and you still expect maximum profits, and you want your customers to have an easy and reliable booking experience while the girls can tend to their customers uninterruptedly, AI is your friend. It's inexpensive and not that complicated. Solutions for massage, wellness shops etc. DO EXIST.
Well to me logic says that any business would answer a ringing phone - even just to shut it up - rather then immediately answer an electronic communication (email or txt) I don't know of many shops where the actual owner is present full time, it is usually a working manager.Quote:
