I don't have enough experience with Chinese girls to know the regional differences, though looking through social media posts, Xinjiang girls look attractive and wholesome with their ethnic mixes. No experience with them though. I've always favoured south-east Asians like Thais, Viets and Malaysians, particularly those with Chinese mixes to them (whether it's true mixed blood, or those that had parents that emigrated to those countries).

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, but here's what I think:
- Best combination of face beauty and body must be the Northern Chinese girls. Beijing area, Inner Mongolia, etc. Some of them have really pretty faces (to date, the absolute prettiest RL girl I've met is from Beijing) but it's the body that gets me. I find that they tend to have longer limbs (very important for the skinny girl look and leggy proportions), AND nice tits and ass. It's exactly what I want... skinny girl with nice tits and ass. I just love that combination!
- Best face beauty on average must be the Central Chinese girls. Chongqing / Chengdu, Xi'an, etc. When I say face beauty, I don't mean just straight-up pretty faces. There's "normal" pretty and then there's "sexy" pretty. I'm talking about eyes that are big and almond shaped, not just big and round. You look at a pair of big round eyes... yeah, they look adorable, I just want to pat her on the head and give her a hug. Big almond shaped eyes? I just want to fuck her brains out! That's what I've found with all the Central girls. They have a sexuality about them centred on their faces. Plus I think my looks must appeal to girls from this region because I've come across multiple that were really passionate with me.
- Best personality / character, or how a girl carries herself, must be TW girls. Some have very feminine characteristics. We call it "sha jiao". You get this from them if you can converse in Mando, even if it's basic Mando. What's the appeal? It's a way of speaking and behaviour that immediately makes you imagine what it would be like to fuck her brains out. I swear, some TW girls can get me hard just from convo, it's crazy!
- C girls from other regions don't really excel at anything, IMO. HK girls are similar to TW girls but are a few levels lower on the "sha jiao" stakes with nothing else to compensate. Northeastern C girls have the longer limbs but they tend to have flat chests and arses. South / Southeastern girls (Guangdong, Fujian, Malay/Sing, HK etc.) can be good, but they're more petite which means they can look fat very easily. Still, the absolute leggiest and sexy bodied C girl I've met was a Malaysian hairdresser in Sydney. Sadly she's gone back to KL now, working as a model last I heard.
Hunan and Chongqing both for face and body. Im not into Shanghai girls or Beijing for that matter.
I like softer faces and bit of curves.
Chongquin girls can a beautiful look and they have a nice attitude. They hold the classic chinese beauty in my view. A mention for Harbin and the North West.
Southerners from HK and below always have been a favourite for me too.
