I think thats to discourage guys who dont wipe or wipe properly.

That surprised me too when I saw her ad on her last visit. I confirmed over text that she’ll do it no problem, as I’ve seen her plenty of times over the last few years. Maybe just a way out for her in case there some nasty issues on the client side
