Being an old timer of the forum, no need for introduction that I have been a regular punter and yet self confessed "happily married" old guy. One thing I do pride myself is that while I have been punting for a long time, I never have any "affairs", "girl friend" or "mistress" on the side, (financially tight was the main reason I suppose), never even think about as my family and marriage is upmost important. Knowing my wife, if she ever found out I have cheated - either GF type or punting, my family life will end and I would not allow that to happen.
That's why in last few years, it's getting harder and harder to even have a quickie as the Mrs has been checking on my where about more frequently. Quite a few times she had called me on facetime to see where about was I and if I have been with any female companion...........lol, it's not funny and I was very lucky that I haven't been caught yet. and must be very careful keeping it that way.
Would I stop punting for good, don't think so ! the body and mind is still eager and willing, just need to find a "safe" time to do so. It's a challenge and getting harder and harder. Especially when I'm getting very close to full retirement in the next year or two, I guess once I stop working full time, it will be the end of my punting journey.
As for now, wish me luck and hopefully there's still a few sessions left in my life time.............haha
