You are on the money. Jessie has a serious overload problem at times. Also remember that she has half the bookings coming through on wechat. For those relatively new., use the shop number and book but leave a call back number in case there is a double booking. If you don't want to do that, then just rock up and try. But you will more than likely be stealing someone's booking, as a consequence of Jessie not getting through to the shop to confirm. Things may have changed but I doubt it.😎

Typically it is Jessie . I find her to be mostly very accurate with her info . But if shes not using the skills of women like Jessica too step up (manage) it can (bookings) get wobbly

I've been to Redfern and Bexley shops and all my booking issues have been at the Bexley shop - at least got myself to walk out on each occasion!!

Only one experience with SP Redfern, a quite nice one. When another shop's booking was MIA, gave SP Redfern (Botany Rd) a spur-of-the-moment call (literally, on the bus back home), asking if on-my-to-do-list Jessica was available. Told she was, so rather than bail at my stop, continued to ride, telling the shop I'd be there in 20 minutes. I was, she was. AR floating around somewhere. Providers were having to pull double-duty as provider/receptionist, which I feel is unfair to them - poor management in not wanting to pay additional overhead for a shop manager. But if other SP shops do the same, then bookings easily borked.

Nice thing about public transport - you can make alternate plans on the move.

Time to empty that load into the dryer and start the next while energy rates are low. (Lesson learned the hard way: always make sure there are no coloreds in with the whites, not even one...)

I don't think there is any communication between the main phone that you ring and the actual shop. The lady on the phone will just tell you to come and the girl is available for your booking time. You get there and she is busy with another customer.

It was better when it was just the St Mary's shop on King street. They actually honoured your booking time. Its gone to shit now. They take walk-ins when you have already made a booking. Anything to squeeze in extra money

Just the other weekend it happened to me at a Central Coast shop.
That's why I prefer to be a walk in. There's no disappointment when the shop fucks up.

I prefer the direct contact method, using her contact to make sure she's in the loop. Then she runs interference for you. If it's a first time visit, no contact, borked? Easy to setup a known alternate by calling an audible.

Jessie is still trying to do everything herself, but she is also busy doing other things so now she is often unavailable for large periods of time throughout the day, and if you do speak with her to make a booking, she often completely forgets to update the girls in the shop.

Fuck the Bexley shop. Always had issues there. Never again.

I’ve always wanted to go back and revisit Melissa’s bimbo figure (I know I’ll get roasted for this)

But the bookings and mess arounds have turned me off revisiting. It was one of the first shops I had visited, but found better elsewhere
