This might sound weird to a fe here.... BUT -
How about trying to make one older (mature ?) lady available.
I quite to spend some time in a spa and the younger ladies have virtually no experience with them and really don't know how to service their customers with them/
Whilst a older might not have much experience they tend to make of it in the other ways and tend to be more flexible with clients in Spa etc..

This is SO, SO important. Make your website and your other digital properties (WeChat, Telegram, WhatsAppr or WhatEver) as good as your budget and time allows and clients will beat a path to your door.
As a frequent visitor to Sydney from Melbourne, I'm 100 percent reliant on keeping up to date with rosters, rates, girls, etc online.
I am stunned at the low quality of so many of the industry's web sites, and this includes some of Sydney's biggest names. Low quality photos and copywriting, what must be clunky content management systems, and a general all-round shitty user-experience. It's 2026 FFS. How hard can it be?
I've never met Jesse (all the best with your new venture) and I'm in no position to give her business advice about this particular industry. However, I do know that a 24-hour online advertisement in our digital age is the gift that keeps giving if it meets your market's needs.
It must be at least 2 weeks since Fireflies closed and the new place has not opened.
I’m sure there are good reasons, but without income for that long, most of the WL/MLs will have moved on to work somewhere else.
Still no roster and no certainty about when it will open.
The key now is communication to the customer base and Jesse has been silent.

Hi all! Sorry, been extremely hectic busy its crazy. I slept in a mattress like 5 times only in 3 months, less than 20 times in 9 months, the rest are passing out in sofas, floor, even ladder changing a cat 7 or 8 cable. Just no break at all. When builder tried to list total detail of the $800k ish of works done, we estimated around 4500 hours in 2 months between 4 people. Thats average of 19 hrs work a day for 2 months lol.
Last 3 years was already hectic first time starting a business while also trying to start a family, and somehow i ended up with 14 floors in pitt st. This year as well it's my first time purchasing a whole commercial property and its definitely much harder than i ever thought. Had to learn way too much about everything as it's been 15 years since my last proper office job, and we do a lot of things hands on to every detail from the crocodile leather upholsterings to the diamond studdings to the gold wainscoting and ceiling wallpapering to even coding the security AI and operations AI and the 100-camera face recognition AI CCTV. Even the tiling and plumbing and the backlit onyx and agate prep, choosing which velvet and red carpet suppliers. I think we have like 50 different shades of black all around lol and 20 different golds and 5 different reds.
Its 90% complete and already open, 8 girls right now and quite a few are hot ones tonight. Too many young girls too so its quite a headache as obviously im not as young as 10 years ago when i was managing 485 rockdale last time.
Here is a sneak peek of how the place looks like now, it's also been 20 years since i last worked interior design so its definitely far from perfect, please please give me feedback, criticize anything thats not perfect. I can only learn quick if everything unsatisfactory is mentioned, otherwjse i dont know lol. So yeah, pls help tell me what to improve, so i can expedite this process.

Everyday 24/7/365, already heaps girls most nights, afternoon okay, morning i cant wake up so no girl too lol. Sometimes no girls at all too but, first 3-6 months gonna be like this, but even when no girls its a fun place good vibes. Help me bring girls and finish decor and brainstorm design ideas lol. And help me find investors too haha i still need to sell 10-20% of the building (passive investor) and/or 20-30% of the business because i need a few hundred thousand for operations and to finish fitouts. For stage 2 renovs next year (the 2 bar areas as according to floor plan and non-permanent swimming pool) we'll need a buttload of money. stage 3 fitouts, the backlit onyx or agate slabs for all the 16 rooms 1 whole wall each costs $9,000-15,000 per wall shipped from china its ridiculous. The 20 x 8 meter inside mural also not paid yet nor started yet lol and there's 2 of them walls.

This project garter is nearly finished stage 1 but the grand plan is still awhile to realize.. unless i can sell 20% of the property like right now
Can just call shop phone we have 3-6 reception staffs everyday on rotation lol. half are volunteers and interns still so please be patient while we teach em lol
