Exactly, it's a competitive industry and never a sure thing.
It's like any small business, there are thousands that start up every year and unfortunately thousands go under too.
I see new restaurants opening every day, then six months later one is doing booming trade and the other has the "For lease" sign on it.
There is no golden formula for success but the basics are a good product, good customer service, offering something different or new or unique (or at least looks new or different or unique), listening to feedback from customers, value for money, and clever and constant marketing.
There is no guarantee Sammi's agency will be successful but she has a made a good start by already marketing herself on the forum even before the business started. We already know who Sammi is.
Good marketing is important, but ultimately you have to deliver a service that lives up to the hype - that's what will make or break a new business.
