Paying for Condom. Is this normal?

Used to be the norm in pre AIDS days. My first ever punt was at Tiffanys. Was told using a condom was extra. Given how blasé all the Japanese girls are about condom use, as with the older Chinese ladies, I guess it’s seeped down into general brothel culture now.

Exactly my question. And the longer this thread gets replies the more I think the OP is just taking the piss out of us. In the bygone days we did get charged for condoms. But it was more that they were hard to get. Now they are everywhere. Next time he should bring his own packet and sell her back the other nine for a $45 discount 👍
